R.E.A.L Education provides both independent special schools placements and market leading alternative education for children and young people in the Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire area. Our independent school won the Education Today school of the year in 2022 and over the last 15 years we have built a reputation we are proud of.
Our Business Operations team is searching for an exceptional Timetable Coordinator, at an exciting time for R.E.A.L. Education. We need someone who will be responsible for leading to the set-up and delivery of timetabling processes alongside with supporting employees’ effective and innovative deployment. Moreover the post holder will coordinate and maintain the learner data on the timetable system and will be responsible for the weekly publishing of the timetable to all staff.
The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills and an experience of providing administrative support or coordination ideally of an academic timetable and have an awareness and adherence to confidentiality.

This role will require some travel to and from all Real Education sites, therefore a full driving licence and access to a road-worthy vehicle is important.
