R.E.A.L Education provides both independent special schools placements and market leading alternative education for children and young people in the Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire area. Our independent school won the Education Today school of the year in 2022 and over the last 15 years we have built a reputation we are proud of.
Our HR team is searching for an exceptional HR Advisor, at an exciting time for R.E.A.L. Education. Not only will the successful candidate be able to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into the day to day HR activities but they will also be the HR lead for our new Organisational Development (OD) function.
We need someone who has experience of providing excellent customer service to stakeholders on all employee relations matters and has a person-centred approach to managing HR activity. Experience of either facilitating training, coordination of an OD function or a willingness to develop in this area would be beneficial.
